Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers a high level of care. It provides a full-day treatment experience while allowing you to return home in the evenings. The program runs five days a week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Treatments range from group therapy to one-on-one sessions that involve evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which helps alter negative thought patterns and behaviors into positive ones. Our program also includes PHP for fentanyl addiction, ensuring that individuals receive the targeted support they need for effective recovery.
This program provides a structured and intensive level of care, typically involving several hours of treatment per week. It allows you to maintain your daily responsibilities while receiving extensive support.Â
We incorporate approaches like CBT, dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), group therapy, and educational workshops for an integrated care plan.
Our Outpatient Program provides ongoing support through regularly scheduled counseling sessions and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for those who have completed more intensive treatment or have a stable home environment.Â
Our outpatient program ranges from 60 to 90 days, based on individual progress. At Heartfelt, we treat any addiction, from fentanyl and marijuana to cocaine and alcohol addictions.
