Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers the most structured level of outpatient care for people who need significant support early on. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides flexible, evening-inclusive scheduling for people balancing work, school, or family. Outpatient Program (OP) offers ongoing, lower-intensity support for long-term stability or stepping down from a higher level of care. All three integrate dual diagnosis treatment and treat mental health conditions as a primary concern, not only when substance use is also present.
Located near Lake Winnipesaukee, the Laconia office serves Gilford, Belmont, Meredith, Tilton, and Weirs Beach. Most clients arrive via I-93 Exit 20, then NH Route 3 into downtown Laconia.
