Patients who cannot attend in person can access our full IOP programming through our telehealth platform, which is available to adults anywhere in New Hampshire.
Outpatient addiction treatment allows patients to receive structured clinical care, including therapy, medication management, and group programming, without overnight stays. Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) provide five days per week of intensive treatment. Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) meet three to five times per week with flexible scheduling. Patients live at home throughout treatment, maintaining work, school, and family responsibilities.
Heartfelt Recovery Centers does not provide inpatient or residential treatment. Our programs are structured for adults who have sufficient home stability to benefit from outpatient care and do not require 24-hour supervision. For patients who need medically supervised detox before starting outpatient treatment, our admissions team coordinates detox placement with trusted medical partners before the transition into our Hudson facility.
